The Paint Spot presents the 18th Annual Whyte Avenue “Art Walk” beginning July 12th-14th from 10-5pm daily. If you haven’t been it is an outdoor gallery featuring hundreds of working artists in Old Strathcona, Grande Promenade-a walking tour over 4kms long spans 14 city blocks and two parks. Old Strathcona celebrates all forms of visual arts and has diverse demographic appeal. It encourages the people to interact with artists, educates the public on how art is made and inspires some people to start arts. The best part is that it encourages people to buy art they love made by local artists. Immerse yourself in a dynamic world of visual art as an artist, spectator, or patron. Please stop by my booth in front of Crank Pots located at 107th Street and Whyte Ave. Visit http://www.art-walk.ca for more information.
